Unfortunately as you know there is no Youtube and Daily motion in Tunisia, so the local fans are not even aware of it!!

Why don’t we come up with a new song for Elnejm and post it???

well guys, this shows the lack of creativity among tunisian fans. We don’t even have great songs for our national team, and stadium crowds are either referring to European teams or doing poor covers of algerian songs. But football isn’t about that. It’s about who wins the trophies, and the Algerians are no match to us for the last decade or more. So let them sing whatever they want

My guess is CA, just kidding!!! You really never know the way Tunisian teams are managed. I think Decastel is not Etoile material. Just judging from how he’s treated Meriah puzzles me. He kept him out from most important games and I have no clue why so. He did make it to the CAF final, but really limping to the finish line. In 2006 ESS won all its 6 games in this tournament, but that was with Chikhaoui in the team. CSS seems to be coming back very strong (and I’m really glad about that) and if l’Etoile is to emerge the champion, we need someone better than Decastel, in my opinion.

Seems a rash decision to me but as you said Houssem, we’ll know more from the upcoming fixtures… Decastel has gotten quite a raw deal in his time working in Tunis huh? First that suspension for CSS and now this. His best memory will be lifting the CAF title with CSS I suppose. Anybody know where he could be headed next?

I wouldn’t put my money on Fawzi coming back to work with Moez Driss, although he’s currently in Tunisia after Libya failed to make it to the second round of the WC qualifiers. He’s probably waiting for Ben Chikha to get fired.
Regarding Nafkha, I believe the certitude of moving abroad during the winter transfer window – alongside Felhi – had a bad influence on his behavior and performance.
Anyway, let’s just wait. If they f**k up against Kasserine and CSS, we’ll know whose fault it is !

This may sound strange, but it’s precisely what I like about Moez Idriss. I like his take-no-prisoners approach with managing the team! I’m sure he’s got a good replacement in mind. It’s smart to divert a slowdown as you said before it turns into a serious crisis. Decastel has shown he lacks crativity and imagination. The players share a good portion of the blame, especially Mosrati’s failure to impress against Monastir. Nafkha was hot, but Decastel failed to introduce him in the starting line up. The guy was quite confident and determined and just needed more time playing. Any chance we get Faouzi back?
